Shipping, returns and payment
Iride Shop ships throughout Italy and Europe with GLS courier.
Delivery takes place in 24/48 hours except in cases of force majeure (weather events, strikes, road blocks, covid or similar causes). The customer will receive an email with the tracking code where he can monitor the shipment in real time.
FREE shipping for orders over 39 euros.
Shipping with advance payment costs 5 euros.
Shipping with cash on delivery costs 7 euros.
We accept all credit cards belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro circuits
You can also use a prepaid credit card, such as PostePay, as long as it belongs to at least one of the circuits listed above.
Payment by credit card is absolutely safe as the entire payment procedure is carried out via an encrypted connection on a secure server owned by the bank.
Payment in installments through the Scalapay service. By selecting this method, payment will be made in 3 interest-free installments and the package will be shipped immediately. To complete the order it is necessary to have the balance of the first installment on the card and the customer will be redirected to the scalapay site to complete a short registration and payment.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for a refund using Store Credit within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To request return authorization, the customer must initiate the return procedure by sending a request to email@example.com.
Once the return request has been received, IRIDE SHOP will send the customer a written confirmation by email containing the instructions for proceeding with the return. Refunds will be processed as soon as you complete receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The accessories must not have been wet or altered and must not show any signs of use. IRIDE SHOP reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods
Returns are not foreseen for customized products since they are made specifically and on request. According to article 59 of the consumer code for remote and off-premises contracts, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of "supply of made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods" . . Delivery times for these products may vary slightly up to 12 days, it all depends on the requests of the period. The personalized products are completely handmade and made in Italy.
The return is not foreseen if promotions such as 3x2 or similar promotions are used.
The return is not foreseen if Scalapay (payment in installments) is used as a payment method.
The return is not foreseen in the case of surprise boxes such as the advent calendar.
