1.1 Personal data
For iride shop the privacy of customers and personal data are very important, therefore we use and store such data with the utmost care and security and will be used only by us for the purpose of disclosure of information regarding the purchase, tracking of the shipment, commercial information and disclosed with scalapay SRL in case of purchase with deferred payment.
In order to offer you Scalapay SRL's payment solutions, we will share some of your personal data with Scalapay, such as contact information and order details. In this way, Scalapay will verify that your purchase complies with the criteria for using Scalapay solutions and will be able to offer you personalized payment options.

1.2 Purchase Agreement
With the deed of purchase you accept the terms and conditions indicated by iride shop and the related conditions.
1.3 Custom or Handmade Products
The personalized products are handmade by our laboratories with the artisan method. They are made in Italy products. Customized products must necessarily be paid in advance since they are created specifically for the customer who requests them. Processing times for these products can be up to 10 working days + 24/48 hours for shipping. There is no return or exchange for these products. Being handmade products, they may show slight differences from the products seen in the photos through our sales channels.
1.4 Return
Products purchased through promotions, such as Sales, 3x2 or similar promotions are excluded from returns. The same thing applies to orders placed via the Scalapay payment method, these too are excluded from the return process.
The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
1.5 Order Changes
Once orders have been placed, they cannot be modified either in their components or in regards to the shipping address unless a surcharge is paid on the shipment by the buyer to make this modification.
1.6 Shipping Times
Shipping times vary from 24 to 48 hours for most Italian locations but can take up to 4 working days for certain municipalities, particularly small ones or smaller islands since the shipper must use local distributors.
1.7 Products
For each product on sale, the description indicates the composition of this article and all products contain the percentage of nickel required by Italian law. For the purpose of a long duration we always recommend a care of the products that could lose their color in contact with some corrosive agents such as soaps, perfumes or similar products.
